HVAC Design and Drafting Projects

We had to design a chiller based HVAC system for a 5 storey commercial building. The building was located in USA and was spread over an area of 10,0000 sq ft.

The office space at the Ground floor covered an area of 20000 sq ft. The second floor had a Lobby auditorium for 100 people and, a diagnostic center with CT scan and other testing equipment. The third floor had office spaces for acupuncture, chiropractor, meditation etc. The fourth floor had a bid 50' swimming pool, sauna spas, snow chamber and others.

The system was designed according to the usage on each floor. The AC system in the Out patient area, plastic surgery center, dental center and eye surgery center had additional filters.
